Schedule 1 list.  

Hmm... Someone seems to have the same idea, "In April, the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) said that it would review marijuana's classification as a Schedule I drug, considered the "most dangerous class" of substances."   The DEA is getting dragged 'kicking and screaming' into the new world of marijuana

​​If you have been fighting a war for more than four decades, you are not winning that war.  Put a Federal Tax on Marijuana sales and use the revenues from that tax to fund Drug Rehabilitation Centers.
